摘要
为满足高功率密度、高效率电源的要求,采用了LLC谐振变换器拓扑。针对单路LLC变换器输出功率较小的问题,分析了串联电容自动均流技术,提出了基于串联自动均流技术的LLC谐振变换器,提高了功率等级且实现了自动均流。最后设计了一台6 kW样机,实验结果验证了该设计的可行性与有效性。
In order to meet the requirements of high power density and high efficiency, the LLC resonant converter is adopted.In view of the problem of low power level in the single LLC converter,the technology of automatic current sharing based on series capacitor is analyzed.The LLC resonant converter based on series automatic current sharing technique is presented.It improves the power level and realizes the automatic current sharing.A 6 kW prototype is designed.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
