摘要
为提高双余度盘式永磁同步电机(PMSM)余度间协调性,消除余度间电流不均衡对系统的影响,实现高性能的驱动控制,将空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制技术应用于双余度盘式PMSM控制系统,并针对余度间定子电流不均衡问题采用"平均电流注入法"的控制策略,在线实时修正与动态平衡余度间电流,以减小电机转矩脉动,保证系统平稳运行,并增加系统可靠性。通过Matlab/Simulink搭建模型对双余度盘式PMSM两个余度电流进行仿真。实验表明双余度盘式PMSM启动时间约55 ms,启动快速,实现了双余度间电流均衡控制。
In order to increase the coordination of double disc permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) control system, redundancy the bad effects to system from the current imbalance, to realize high-performance drive control, the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is proposed to dual redundant motor control system, and using average current injection control strategy to solve the redundancy between the stator current imbalance.On line real-time cor- rection and dynamic equilibrium between redundant current to reduce torque ripple, guarantee system stable operation and increase system reliability.A simulation model is built by Maflab/Simulink, then the stator current of dual-redun- dancy motor is simulated.Experimental results show that double disc PMSM start-up time is about 55 ms,and start quickly, achieving current balance control between the dual redundant motor.
