摘要
《关于全面推行河长制的意见》出台后,为尽快全面推进河长制工作进程,本文结合"水十条"和枣庄治水管护现状,有针对性地提出了各项任务的时间表和路线图。建议通过推行四级河长制、制度保障、明确任务等,确保这一惠民工程落地生根、取得实效。
In the paper, ＇ ten-measure action plan to tackle water pollution＇ and water government management and control status in Zaozhuang are combined to propose schedules and route drawings of various tasks in a targeted mode in order to drive the work progress of river chief system comprehensively as far as possible after the release of ＇ Comprehensively Opinion on Implementing River Chief System＇. The people-benefit project can he implemented with actual effect through implementing four-grade river chief system, system guarantee, clear task, etc.
