先兆早产孕妇及其配偶抑郁、压力、心理弹性的相关性研究

Correlationship Study Between Level of Pregnancy Stress,Depression,Psychological Resilience in Women with Threatened Premature Pregnant and Their Spouses

目的研究先兆早产孕妇及其配偶抑郁、压力、心理弹性的关系。方法 2016年3-9月,便利抽样法选取在重庆3所三级甲等医院妇产科先兆早产孕妇及其配偶各95例为研究对象,采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(Edinburgh postnatal depression scale,EPDS)、心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、妊娠压力量表(pregnancy stress scale,PPS)分别对其进行问卷调查,并分析抑郁、压力和心理弹性的关系。结果先兆早产孕妇抑郁与压力呈正相关(P<0.01),与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.01);压力与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.01)。配偶抑郁与压力呈正相关(P<0.01),与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.01),压力与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.01)。先兆早产孕妇抑郁与配偶抑郁(P<0.05)、配偶压力呈正相关(P<0.05),与配偶乐观性呈负相关(P<0.01)。先兆早产孕妇坚韧性与配偶心理弹性呈正相关(P<0.05);孕妇压力与配偶乐观性呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论先兆早产孕妇抑郁与配偶抑郁、配偶的压力呈正相关,与配偶的心理弹性呈负相关,心理弹性是两者抑郁、压力的保护因素。

Objective To investigate the correlationship of depression, pregnancy stress and psychological resilience in women with threatened premature pregnant and their spouses. Methods By convenience sampling, 95 cases of women with threatened premature pregnant and 95 cases of spouses were selected and investigated by using the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale （EPDS）, connor-davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC） and pregnancy stress scale （PPS）.The correlationship between depression, pregnancy stress, and psychological resilience were analyzed.Results The depression of women in threatened premature pregnancy was positively correlated with pressure （P〈0.01）, and negatively correlated with psychological resilience （P〈0.01）.The pressure was negatively correlated with psychological resilience （P〈0.01）.The spouse depression was positively correlated with stress （P 〈0.01）, and was negatively correlated with psychological resilience （P〈0.01）,while stress was negatively correlated with psychological resilience （P〈0.01）. The depression of women in threatened premature pregnancy was positively correlated with spouse depression （P〈0.05） and spouse stress （P〈0.05）, but negatively correlated with spouse optimism （P〈0.01）. The psychological resilience of women in threatened premature pregnancy was positively correlated with spouse psychological resilience （P〈0.05）, and their stress was negatively correlated with spouse optimism （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Depression of women in threatened premature pregnancy is positively correlated with spouse＇s depression, pregnancy stress ,and negatively correlated with spouse＇s resilience, resilience is the protective factor of depression and stress.
