做好农村宗教工作,服务于社会主义新农村建设是我国社会主义新农村建设事业中的一个重要课题,应当引起各级党委和政府的高度重视。笔者分析了农村宗教的发展现状及其特点,以及农村居民信仰宗教的原因,并提出了提高认识、加强政府重视程度、发展经济,培养和造就新型农民教徒等与社会主义新农村建设相适应的建议对策。
