摘要
本文以KNS公司为研究对象,在对员工激励的绩效考核制度进行理论研究的基础上,对KNS公司的绩效考核制度进行了调查,分析存在的问题,采纳一些员工的反馈意见进行修改,从而让整个制度更为合理。
In this paper,KNS Company for the study,staff motivation in the performance appraisal system on the basis of theoretical research on the company's performance appraisal system KNS conducted a survey,analysis of existing problems,the adoption of some staff to modify the feedback,so that the whole system more reasonable.
