旋轮结构对高强钢筒形件流动旋压成形影响规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立了DP600高强钢筒形件流动旋压有限元模型,获得了旋轮成形角、旋轮圆角半径对壁厚偏差和椭圆度的影响规律,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:壁厚偏差随旋轮成形角的增大而增大、随旋轮圆角半径的增大而减小;椭圆度随旋轮成形角和旋轮圆角半径的增大均呈先减小后增大趋势。最佳的旋轮型面参数组合为:旋轮成形角αρ=25°、旋轮圆角半径rρ=3mm,此时旋压件壁厚偏差为0.045mm、椭圆度为0.16mm。试验验证的结果表明,壁厚偏差的试验值与模拟值的误差仅0.003mm;椭圆度试验值与模拟值误差仅0.01mm。由此可见,所建立的有限元模型及模拟结果具有较高的可信度和准确性。 The finite element model during flow spinning of DP600 high-strength steel cylindri- cal parts was established based on ABAQUS /Explicit platform. The influences of forming angle and fillet radius of roller on wall thickness deviation and ovality of spun workpiece were ob- tained, and it is verified by the spinning experiments. The results show that the wall thick- ness deviation increases with the increasing of the forming angle of roller and decreases with the increasing of the radius fillet of roller. The ovality decreases firstly and then increases with the increasing of the forming angle and radius fillet of roller. The best combination of roller profile parameters is : the forming angle of roller ae = 25-, the radius fillet of roller re = 3 mm, then it is obtained that the wall thickness deviation of spun parts is 0. 045 mm and the ovality is 0. 16 ram. Experimental results show that, comparing experimental results with simulation one, the error of the wall thickness deviation is only 0. 003 mm and the error of ovality is only 0.01 mm. It is indicated that the finite element model established in this paper and the simulation results have high accuracy and reliability.
