连接环注塑模设计

摘要 通过对连接环结构的分析,其模具采用弯销滑块外抽芯机构、弯销滑块内抽芯机构和单滚轮式斜推杆内抽芯机构,避开了连接环外形弓形高和3处凸台及内形2处凸台"障碍体"对脱模的阻挡。通过采用复位杆,完成推板和前后外滑块的先复位,使得3种6处抽芯动作有序进行,可同时进行连接环外形和内形左右凸台的成型和抽芯。该模具设计避免了因抽芯动作而产生的运动干涉,实现了连接环的顺利成型和脱模。 Through the analysis of the connection ring structure, the mould adopts outside core-pulling mechanisms the pin bending slide block, the inside core-pulling mechanisms of pin bending slide block and the roller type inclined push rod, avoiding barriers of demoulding including the outer arc and three convex, two inner convex "obstacle" of the connecting ring. By adopting reset bar to complete the push plate and the first reset of the outer slider before and after, three 6 core-pulling motions can be carried out in an orderly manner, and at the same time ring shape and form of convex molding and core pulling was connected. The mould was designed to avoid the movement interference caused by the core pulling, achieve the smooth shape of the link and demoulding.
