摘要
为了改进皮圈架压铸模的设计,研究了多抽芯压铸模具的结构,提出了模具改造的思路及要点。采用91°模具角度设计,斜销抽芯机构与内抽芯机构相结合,以便于脱模,采用通用型滑块接头锁紧机构与循环冷却水道的优化设计,实现了模具总体结构及模具零件结构合理化。
In order to improve the design of the leather ring frame mould,the structure of multi-core die casting mould was studied,and the ideas and key points of the mould modification were put forward.91°mould angle is designed,and the inclined pin core-pulling and the inner core-pulling mechanism are combined for easy stripping.By adopting universal joint slider locking mechanism and the cooling water channel optimization,the overall structure is realized and part structure is optimized.
