二氢嘧啶和甘草酸合剂改善奶牛霉菌毒素蓄积作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验以二氢吡啶和甘草酸合用,测定牛奶中霉菌毒素残留量和体细胞数量,以确定本添加剂对奶牛霉菌毒素蓄积的影响。结果表明,添加前原料奶中的黄曲霉毒素AFM1含量差异不显著(P>0.05),经二氢吡啶和甘草酸处理后,添加组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);原料奶中体细胞数在添加二氢嘧啶和甘草酸合剂前后差异显著,添加组有较大幅度的降低(P>0.05)。说明二氢吡啶和甘草酸合剂能显著缓解霉菌毒素蓄积对奶牛造成的损害。 Mycotoxins accumulation and the change of somatic cells in milk were detected to study the improvement of dihydropyrimidine and glycyrrhizic acid mixture on mycotoxin accumulation in cow. The results showed that the content of aflatoxinAFM1 in raw milk betore treatment had no difference (P〉0.05), while there were extremely significant difference (P〈0.01) on the content of aflatoxin between experimental group and control group; After the use of dihydropyrimidine and glycyrrhizic acid mixture, somatic cells count in raw milk decreased significantly (P〈0.05), but it had no obvious difference (P〉0.05) in the control. It is concluded that dihydropyrimidine and glycyiThizic acid mixture could significantly alleviate the damage caused by the mold toxin accumulation on cows.
