“一带一路”背景下中国对中东欧直接投资影响分析

An Analysis of China's Impact on Direct Investment in Central and Eastern Europe under the Strategy of "One Belt,One Road"

"一带一路"的主要方向在亚欧大陆,作为融合与对接欧亚经济圈的纽带,中东欧地区具备良好的经济基础、高素质劳动力和较完备的基础设施以及较低的政治安全风险,为实现"一带一路"国家战略的开展创造了契机。通过实证检验发现,中国对中东欧国家投资更多是出于市场寻求和效率寻求动机,自然资源寻求和战略资产寻求并不显著,中东欧国家投资环境和区位优势存在明显的国别差异。中国应深化和扩大与中东欧的多边经贸合作,做好贸易畅通,同时加强对中东欧基础设施建设,做好道路联通,投资合作应以点带面,稳步推进,做好事前投资环境评估。

One Belt,One Road'is mainly oriented to the Eurasian continent although the Central and Eastern European region,as the ligament to integrate and joint the Eurasian economic circle,possess a good economic foundation,high-quality labor force,a relatively complete infrastructure and a lower political security risk,which create great opportunity for the implementation of'the Belt and Road'.Through the empirical test,it is found that China's investment in Central and Eastern European countries is more motivated by market and efficiency seeking and efficiency,while the search for natural resources and strategic assets is largely neglected.China should deepen and expand multilateral economic and trade cooperation with Central and Eastern Europe,eliminating trade barrier and at the mean time strengthen infrastructure construction in Central and Eastern Europe.Investment cooperation should be moved forward steadily from point to area with a careful pre-investment environment assessment being carried out.
