芍药汤联合氨基水杨酸制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of shaoyao decoction combined with aminosalicylic acid in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

[目的]评价芍药汤在中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)中的作用及对临床疗效的影响。[方法]使用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、Cochrane图书馆、Medline数据库,检索年限为2006年5月~2016年5月,查找有关芍药汤联合氨基水杨酸制剂治疗UC的文献。由两名研究员根据文献纳入及排除标准独立对文献进行筛选和质量评价。然后采用Cochrane协作网提供的Review Manager 5.3软件进行资料的数据处理及分析。[结果]最终纳入9个RCTs,共637例受试者,Meta分析结果显示,与单用氨基水杨酸制剂相比较,芍药汤联合氨基水杨酸制剂能提高UC的临床疗效、改善结肠镜下表现;芍药汤联合氨基水杨酸制剂能够较好的改善患者的中医证候,同时可以促进炎症因子降低,其差异均有统计学意义。[结论]芍药汤联合氨基水杨酸制剂中西医结合治疗UC效果优于单用氨基水杨酸制剂治疗UC,中西医结合治疗为UC治疗提供了新思路,具有良好的前景。

[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Shaoyao Decoction in the therapy of ulcerative colitis （UC）. [Methods]We searched the Medline, the Cochrane Database, CNKI, WANFANG, CBM and VIP from May 2006 to May 2016 for Randomized Clinical TriMs to retrieve studies that evaluated the efficacy of Shaoyao Decoction and Aminosalicylic Acid Preparation in the treatment of UC. Two reviewers independ- ently screened and assessed studies according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criter. A meta-analysis was produced with Manager Review 5.3 software provided by Coehrane collaboration network. [Results] Nine randomized clinical trials involving 637 pariticipants were included. The results of recta-analysis showed that, compared to the control group with the single-use aminosalicylic acid preparation, Shaoyao Decoction combined with aminosalicylic acid preparation can help improve clinical efficacy,improve the per- formance of colonoscopy,promote inflammatory factors decreased（all P〈0.05）. The TCM symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were improved, and the two treatment groups was significant difference（P =0.01）. [Conclusion]Combined therapy with Shaoyao Decoction and aminosalicylic acid preparation is superior to the single-use aminosalicylic acid preparation in the therapy of UC. Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment provides a new idea for the treatment of UC and has a good prospect.
