复方猴头胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎的效果分析

The analysis of clinical effect of compound HOUTOU capsule combined with pantoprazole on the treatment of erosive gastritis

[目的]探讨复方猴头胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]收集我院门诊360例糜烂性胃炎患者的临床资料,分为HP(幽门螺杆菌)阳性治疗组(110例)及HP阳性对照组(106例)(随机分配);HP阴性治疗组(72例)及HP阴性对照组(72例)(随机分配)。阳性组先抗幽门螺杆菌治疗。治疗组予复方猴头胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗,对照组予铝碳酸镁联合泮托拉唑治疗,对4组患者的治疗效果进行评价。[结果]不管是阳性组还是阴性组,治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率都很好(阳性组有效率分别是94.5%、93.4%;阴性组有效率分别是95.8%、95.8%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是对于大便次数增多的糜烂性胃炎患者,治疗组效果均优于对照组(阳性组有效率分别是93.3%、84.6%;阴性组有效率分别是90.5%、81.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。[结论]复方猴头胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗糜烂性胃炎效果好,特别对大便次数增多的患者获益更明显。

[Objective] The clinical effection of compound HOUTOU capsule combined with panto- prazole on the treatment of erosive gastritis was discussed in this paper. [Methods]360 cases of erosive gas- tritis receiving a treatment in Songyang People＇s Hospital were selected as clinical data. They were divided into HP （Helicobacter pylori） positive treatment group （II0 cases） and HP positive control group （106 cases） （randomly assigned）; HP negative treatment group （72 cases） and HP negative control group （72 cases） （random assignment）. Anti-HP treatment was applied successively in the positive group. On the basis, compound HOUTOU capsule combined with pantoprazole was additionally used in the positive treatment group,and hydrotalcited combined with pantoprazole was applied in the control group. Then,the treatment effects on the four groups were evaluated. [Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group in positive group was 94.5% and 93.4%,while in the negative group was 95.8% and 95.8 %. The difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） ;But for increased stool frequency of patients with erosive gastritis,the treatment group was better than the control group （group positive rates were 93. 3%,84. 6% negative response rates were 90. 5%, 81. 8%）, the difference was statistically significant. [Conelusion]Compound HOUTOU capsule combined with pantoprazole can improve the clinical effect on the treatment of erosive gastritis, especially for patients with increased stool frequency.
