姚祖培教授疏肝健脾方预防化疗致药物性肝损伤的临床研究

Prevention effects of Soothing Liver and Invigorating Spleen Recipe proposed by Professor Zupei Yao on drug-induced liver injury due to chemotherapy

[目的]探讨姚祖培教授验方疏肝健脾方对化疗致药物性肝损伤的预防作用。[方法]将66例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为2组,每组33例。治疗组化疗时予疏肝健脾方煎剂口服;对照组化疗时不予预防性保肝用药。[结果]治疗组药物性肝损伤发生率3.0%,对照组药物性肝损伤发生率18.2%,治疗组肝功能损害发生率及损伤程度明显低于对照组,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]化疗的同时给予中药疏肝健脾方口服可以有效地预防药物性肝损伤,中西医结合具有较明显的优势。

[Objective]To observe and explore the preventive effect of the Soothing Liver and Invigorating Spleen Recipe proposed by Professor Zupei Yao on drug-induced liver injury due to chemotherapy. [Methods]66 patients receiving chemotherapy for malignant tumors were randomly divided into 2 groups（a treatment group and a control group）, each of which included 33 cases. When chemotherapy was per- formed,the treatment group was given the oral ahove decoction,whereas the control group was not given hepatoprotective medications. -Results]The incidence rate of drug-induced liver injury in the treatment group was 3.0% ,markedly lower than 18.2% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Oral administration of such Recipe during chemotherapy can effectively prevent drug-induced injury,and its combination with chemotherapy has evi-dent advantages.
