摘要 目的了解护理在职硕士研究生入学的原因,为培养高层次、高学历护理人才提供依据。方法对15名护理在职研究生进行个性化深入访谈,使用定性资料内容分析法进行资料分析。结果通过对资料的整理、分析,得出护理在职研究生入学原因为专科护理发展的需求、护理管理发展的需求、寻找职业发展方向、提高自身能力、外在压力与期望、外在条件支持6个主题。结论护士选择就读在职研究生原因呈现多样性,医院与教育机构应启动多因素驱动提升护士参加在职学历教育的热情。 Objective To study the entrance reasons of in-service postgraduate nursing students to provide evidence for cultivating high level and high educational background nurses. Method 15 in-service postgraduate nursing students receive individual in-depth interview. Analyze the information by qualitative content analysis. Result Entrance reasons of in-service postgraduate nursing students are demand on special nursing development, demand on nursing management development, seeking for professional development direction, self improvement, external pressure and expectation, external condition supports. Conclusion In-service postgraduate nursing students have varieties of entrance reasons. Hospitals and educational institutions should encourage nurses to take part in in-service education by multiple stimulation.
