摘要
"中国青年"与国家、社会之关系正在发生深刻变化,需要我们站在总体性高度,以战略性视野加强青年和青年工作研究。共青团维护组织合法性、提高工作有效性的内在逻辑需要其更加重视青年和青年工作研究。以推进智库建设的方式来加强青年和青年工作研究是必要的。同时,青年研究的问题导向性、应用性、协同性为青年研究智库建设赋予了先天优势。智库可以重点关注青少年发展指标与评估、青少年发展与政策比较、社会治理与青少年工作创新、共青团工作等几个研究领域,并加强人才队伍建设和管理体制机制创新。
The relationship between ＂Chinese youth＂ and the state-society is undergoing profound changes. We need to strengthen youth and youth work study by standing at the overall height with a strategic vision. The Communist Youth League＇ s internal demand of maintenance organization＇ s legality and the work efficiency makes it necessary to place more emphasis on youth and youth work research. Promoting a think-tank construction to strengthen the youth and youth work research is necessary. At the same time, the attributes of problem oriented, applicability, collaborativity for youth and youth studies give the congenital advantage to think-tank construction. Think-tank can focus on several research fields such as youth development indicators and assessment, comparison of youth development and policy, social governance and youth work innovation, and the communist youth league work. Think-tank also needs strengthening the construction of talent team and management mechanism innovation.
