生物可降解三嵌段共聚物PLATMC-PEG-PLATMC的合成、表征及性能研究

摘要 合成了3种生物可降解三嵌段共聚物聚丙交酯/三亚甲基碳酸酯-聚乙二醇-聚丙交酯/三亚甲基碳酸酯(PLATMC-PEG-PLATMC),其丙交酯/三亚甲基碳酸酯(LA/TMC,物质的量比)分别为50/50、25/75和10/90,通过核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对其化学结构、分子量及分布进行了表征,并对3种共聚物水凝胶的温敏性能进行了研究。结果表明,3种共聚物水凝胶的相转变温度范围随LA/TMC的减小而扩大;3种共聚物水凝胶的降解速度随LA/TMC的减小而减慢,在LA/TMC为50/50时降解速度最快,10/90时最慢。 Three kinds of biodegradable triblock copolymers PLATMC-PEG-PLATMC were synthesized, and their LA/TMC(lactide/trimethylene carbonate) molar ratios were 50/50,25/75 and 10/90, respectively. The chemical structure,molecular weight and distribution of the copolymers were characterized by 1HNMR and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The thermosensitivities of three kinds of copolymer hydrogels were studied. Results indicated that, the phase transition temperature range of three kinds of copolymer hydrogels increased, while the degradation speed decreased with decreasing of LA/TMC molar ratio. The degradation rate of the copolymer hydrogel with LA/TMC molar ratio of 50/50 was the fastest,and that of 10/90 was the slowest.
