摘要
上青矿8#矿组目前采用无底柱分段崩落法回采,随开采深度下降矿体变薄、夹岩增多,造成原矿废石混入率增大。同时塌陷区地表征地困难,费用高。为解决这些问题,选择充填法与原采用的无底柱分段崩落法进行技术、指标、经济综合分析对比,同时考虑地表有大粒度干选系统,最终选择上向分层干式充填法,保证了地表生态平衡和经济效益。
No. 8 ore group of Shangqing iron mine is currently mined with non-pillar sublevel caving method. With deepening of the mining, orebody becomes thin and has an increasing amount of rocks, causing waste in-ore rate of raw ores grows high and land acquisition at subsidence area gets difficult and costly. To solve these problems, filling method and non-pillar sublevel caving method are both adopted to make comprehensive and comparative analysis from technological, index and economical perspective. Meanwhile, considering that there is a large size dry separation system on the ground and eventually upward cut and dry filling method is selected, which ensures ecological equilibrium of ground surface and good economic returns.
