摘要
针对某公司铁精矿全铁稳定率差的问题,采用DOE试验设计对选矿工艺参数进行优化,以达到考核目标值。通过DOE试验设计方法,确定了各关键因子的调整范围,在此范围内,精矿品位可达到要求值,精矿全铁稳定率可控制在规格范围内。
To address the problem of poor total iron stability of iron concentrates of a company, design of experiments (DOE) is adopted to optimize beneficiation process parameters so as to meet the target value of evaluation. Through DOE method, adjustment range of each key factor is determined. Within these adjustment ranges, grades of concentrate can reach the required values and total iron stability of concentrates can be controlled within regular ranges.
