不同剂量叶酸联合依那普利治疗H型高血压的疗效对比

Efficacy of Diffrerent Dose of Folic Acid Combined with Enalapril in the Treatment of H-type Hypertension

目的:探讨不同剂量叶酸联合依那普利治疗H型高血压的疗效。方法:收集2015年4月-2016年1月笔者所在医院H型高血压者,分为研究组(接受10 mg依那普利叶酸片联合10 mg叶酸治疗)和对照组(接受10 mg依那普利叶酸片联合5 mg叶酸治疗)。对比两组治疗前后体重指数、血压水平及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:(1)治疗后,研究组体重指数、血压水平改善程度均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)研究组和对照组治疗前血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分别为(26.3±4.7)mmol/L、(22.6±7.5)mmol/L(P>0.05);治疗后血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分别为(12.6±5.2)mmol/L、(18.6±5.6)mmol/L,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:10 mg依那普利片联合10 mg叶酸治疗H型高血压疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Folic Acid combined with Enalapril in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Method： Patients with H-type hypertension from April 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into study group（receiving 10 mg of Enalapril plus 10 mg of Folic Acid） and control group（receiving 10 mg of Enalapril plus combined with 5 mg Folic Acid）.Body mass index, blood pressure level and plasma homocysteine level before and after treatment in the study group and the control group were compared.Result： （1）After treatment, body mass index and blood pressure of the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.O5）.（2）The levels of plasma homocysteine in the study group and the control group before treatment were （26.3 ± 4.7）mmol/L and （22.6± 7.5）mmol/L, respectively（P〉0.05）, those after treatment were （12.6±5.2）mmol/L and （18.6± 5.6）retool/L, respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： 10 mg Folic Acid combined with 10 mg Enalapril in treatment of H-type hypertension is certainly worthy of clinical promotion.
