高职院校就业指导工作基于有效供给和结构性改革的思路与方法,以就业为导向,改革内部管理机制,实行二级管理,下放部分人财物权限,明确职责,突出专业知识与职业素养教育,建立健全毕业生就业质量诊断与改进机制,促进教育教学方式方法改进,提高人才培养与就业质量,提升高等职业教育吸引力与社会美誉度。

Based on general strategies and methods of the effective supply and structural reform, vocational colleges＇ employment guidance establishes the concept of ＇the employment -oriented＇,reform the inner management system, promote two-stage management of employment guidance, delegate partial power of human, financial and material resources, have an explicit mandate, so that we can highlight professional knowledge and vocational training education, complete the diagnosis of graduates＇ employment quality and improvement mechanism, promote methods of education and teaching, increase graduates＇ employment competitiveness, and enhance the attractiveness of higher vocational education and social reputation.
