地方本科院校毕业生就业质量调查与思考——以河北科技师范学院为例

Investigation and Reflection on the Employment Quality of Local University Graduates ——Taking Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as an Example

就业质量是新时期、新形势下高校毕业生就业问题的新表征,近年来逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。本研究以河北科技师范学院2016届本科毕业生为样本,通过调查统计毕业生就业去向分布、就业行业分布、就业地域流向分布,以及毕业生就业满意度、工作岗位与所学专业相关度、月工资水平、就业后离职次数等方面情况,并得出相应结论,从政府、高校和大学生三方角度提出提升高校毕业生就业质量的建议。

Employment quality is the new characterization of the employment of university graduates under the new period and sitlaation. In recent years, the employment quality of university students becomes the focus of attention gradually in the society. In this paper, the author makes a survey which covers graduates of hebei normal university of science and technology in 2016, and gets the statistics of the whereabouts, the industry categories, the region flow of the employment, as well as the employment satisfaction, the degree of correlation between job and major, monthly salary level, the demission times of the graduates. According to the statistical results, the thesis presents corresponding conclusions and then puts forward reasonable suggestions on improving the employment quality from the angle of the government, the university and the students.
