摘要
组织工程皮肤从概念提出至今发展迅速,而真皮支架材料在组织工程化皮肤构建中具有关键作用。我们从3大类真皮支架材料的理化特性,及生物适用性等方面,对该领域的国内外最新研究现状进行综述,分析了各种支架材料的优势及仍存在的问题,并提出未来可能的发展方向。
The skin tissue engineering has developed rapidly. The dermal scaffold plays a key role in the construction of tissue engineered skin. In this paper, the latest research status in the field of the physical and chemical properties, biological applicability of 3 kinds of dermal scaffold materials were reviewed. The advantages and problems of various kinds of scaffold materials were analyzed. The future development direction was put forward.
