基于人力资本理论的农家乐从业人员培训与收入关系实证研究--以丽江为例

Empirical Study of the Relationships between Agritaiiiment Workers Training and Theirlncomes Based on the Theory of Human Capital-Taking Lijiang as a Case

运用人力资本基本理论作为依据,将丽江市的农家乐从业人员月收入和培训次数进行两两 配对和卡方检验进行实证研究二者之间的关系,通过统计分析,其 P- 值均小于0.001,得出结论为从 业人员的收入与培训次数呈极显著相关.

Based on the human capital theory, the paper tries to carry out an empirical study of the relationships between agritainment workers training and their incomes in Lijiang by pairing the times of their training and their monthly income in chi-square test. The statistics shows that its P-value is less than 0.001 and concludes that there is significant correlation between the times of their training and their incomes.
