摘要
火灾环境下钢框架构件承载性能会发生很大变化.以钢框架梁柱为主要研究对象,利用钢材在高温下的参数以及计算公式,分别对轴心受压钢柱、两端固定钢梁进行高温下承载力计算,并运用有限元对钢框架梁柱进行热力耦合分析,分析软件模拟出的应力能够真实反映钢构件的受力情况.研究表明:火灾下钢框梁柱构件应力远远超过材料的剩余承载能力,已经丧失承载性能,不能满足抗火设计要求.该方法通过算例验证了其正确性,可为火灾下钢框架构件安全评价方法和钢结构抗火设计分析提供借鉴和参考.
The bearing capacity of the steel frame will be greatly changed in the fire environment. In this paper, bearing capacity of steel stick with force in axis and steel beam with two sides fixed in high temperature are re-searched by using FEA software to carry out coupling analysis. The experimental result shows that because stress of steel beam in fire is bigger than bearing capacity,steel beam can not meet requirements in fire circumstances. This approach is verified accurate,which can provide references for the safety evaluation and design of fire resist-ance for steel frames.
