摘要
采用Design Expert软件,以横向抗张强度为检测指标,以热压时间、热压温度和涂胶量作为影响因素,对装饰微薄木胶合工艺进行优化研究,得到装饰微薄木横向抗张强度与各因素变量之间的数学模型。优化后的装饰微薄木胶合工艺为热压温度110℃、热压时间60 s、涂胶量20 g/m^2;装饰微薄木横向抗张强度达到0.90 N/mm,约为优化前的2倍。
Using the Design Expert software,the optimization of decorative micro - veneer bonding technology is stud-ied, with the transverse tensile strength as a testing indicator, with hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time and glue quantity as three influencing factors,with a mathematic model between the transverse tensile strength of decora-tive micro - veneer and each factor variable obtained. The optimized decorative micro - veneer bonding technology involves hot pressing temperature of 110 XI ,hot pressing time of 60 s and glue quantity 20 g/m^2. The transverse ten -sile strength of decorative micro - veneer can reach up to 0. 90 N/mm ,2 times higher than that before optimization.
