摘要
在焊装线传输方式的设计过程中,仿真分析是非常重要的一项工作内容。基于轿车C011-A级车的地板-主焊线的项目,结合工艺规划,通过ABAQUS完成对地板线传输方式-高速传输抓取装置的仿真分析。同时在保证产品可行性的基础上,使装置的结构最优化,以提高生产效率、降低生产成本。
Simulation analysis is a very important work content in the design process of welding line transmission mode. Basedon the project of the floor-main welding line of car C011-A, combined with the process planning, simulation analysis for thetransmission mode of floor line-high speed transmission grabbing device is completed. At the same time, on the basis of ensu-ring the feasibility of product, structure of the device is optimized so as to improve the production efficiency and reduce theproduction cost.
