摘要
对某城镇客车车身利用有限元和声学边界元的理论,建立了车身骨架、声腔和声固耦合有限元模型,设置了输入输出场点。对来自发动机的汽车结构噪声使用Virtual Lab进行CAE仿真分析和板块贡献量分析,得出该车内结构噪声的峰值频率和面板贡献系数最大的板块,为之后的降噪处理提供建议。
The theory of finite element and acoustic boundary element was used for a urban bus body in this paper , the bodyframe, acoustic cavity and acoustic-structure coupling finite element model was established, the input and output points wasset. For the structural noise of the vehicle from the engine, CAE simulation analysis and plate contribution analysis was done u-sing Virtual Lab . The peak frequency of structural noise and the largest contribution coefficient of the panel are obtained. Itprovides recommendations for subsequent noise reduction.
