摘要
为满足某大型连续风洞的精细化、高效化测量要求,设计了一种以永磁直线同步电机为驱动的移测装置。利用UG对移测装置的机械结构进行三维设计和运动仿真;建立了直线永磁同步电机的数学模型,阐述直线永磁同步电机的矢量控制原理;对移测装置的伺服测控系统的硬件和软件进行设计。该方案实现了移测装置在长行程、大空间中精准的定位和流场校测功能,对提高大型风洞的综合性能具有重要意义。
A new movable measuring device drived by permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is designed tomeet the precise and efficient measuring demands in large scale wind tunnel. The three-dimension design and motion simula-tion to the mechanical structure of movable measuring device are conducted with the UG. The mathematical model of PMLSMis built, and the vector control principle of PMLSM is stated; design for the hardware and software platform of traverse controlsystem are also completed. It is concluded that the device can measure precisely in the long stroke and play an important rolein improving the comprehensive performance of huge-scale wind tunnel.
