摘要
介绍了一种六轴联动运动控制系统的机械设计,主要包括三个直线位移轴和三个回转轴。该系统具有结构紧凑,机械精度高,运行平稳、无抖动,定位重复性好,操作方便等特点。对于多轴控制系统的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。实测的各项机械指标均满足飞机组装装配中对本系统的需求。
In this paper, mechanical design of a six-axis linkage motion control system is mainly introduced, which includesthree linear displacement axes and three rotating axes. The system has advantages of compact structure, high mechanical pre-cision, smooth operation, no jitter, good repeatability, easy to operate, and so on. It can be used as a reference for the designof multi-axis control system. The measured mechanical indexes could meet the needs of this system in the aircraft assembly.
