摘要 在双轴双通道数控机床进行孔群加工中,手工编制数控程序非常困难。用Visual Basic 6.0对Auto CAD软件的二次开发技术,开发了基于孔群加工的自动编程系统,实现了零件参数选取、加工轨迹规划及单、双轴加工NC代码的自动生成等功能,从而大大减少了技术人员的工作量,提高了工作效率。 In the holes processing of the biaxial dual channel NC machine tools, it is very difficult to compile the NC programin artificial way. Making use of the secondary development technique to AutoCAD in Visual Basic 6. 0, the automatic program-ming system for the holes processing has been achieved in this paper. The system has implemented functions of the parametersselection, the trajectory layout, automatic generation of the NC program of single and two-axis processing, etc. ; thereby theworkload of technical staff could be decreased significantly, and the work efficiency could be improved.
