摘要
为了实现生产过程中轮毂的自动加工,采用了基于以太网的DNC(Distributed Numerical Contro)结构方案,优化了新的轮毂加工流程,完成了DNC功能模块开发,实现了加工过程中加工程序的上传和下载、运行参数的监控、刀具寿命的管理、历史数据的查询等。实验结果表明,该网络分布化控制(DNC)的轮毂加工系统能够实现相同规格轮毂的自动化加工。
Aiming at realizing the automatic machining of wheels, the DNC structure scheme based on the Ethernet is used,the new machining of wheels is optimized and the DNC system module is developed in this paper. The uploading and down-loading of the machining program, monitoring of the operating parameters, management of tools life, querying for historical da-ta and etc. can be realized. The test results indicate that the network of distribution control (DNC) wheel machining systemcould make it possible that wheels of the same size can be machined automatically.
