中药结合针灸在妇科恶性肿瘤实施广泛子宫切除术后并发尿潴留治疗中的有效应用

Effective Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Gynecology Malignant Tumors Complicated by Uroschesis after the Implementation of Radical Hysterectomy

目的探讨中药结合针灸在妇科恶性肿瘤实施广泛子宫切除术后并发尿潴留治疗中的有效应用。方法方便选取日照市中医医院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤实施广泛子宫切除术后并发尿潴留患者80例的临床资料,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为中药结合针灸治疗组(中医药治疗组,n=40)和常规西医治疗组(n=40)两组,常规西医组患者接受常规西医治疗,中医药治疗组患者接受中药结合针灸治疗,然后对两组患者的残余尿量、血压差值、重置导尿管、导尿管拔除情况、不良反应发生情况、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果中医药治疗组患者的残余尿量、收缩压、舒张压差值均显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率5.0%(2/40)显著低于常规西医治疗组77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05),重置导尿管次数1、2次比例均显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),导尿管拔除时间3、7 d比例均显著高于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率97.5%(39/40)显著高于常规西医治疗组77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05)。结论中药结合针灸在妇科恶性肿瘤实施广泛子宫切除术后并发尿潴留治疗中的应用效果较常规西医治疗好。

Objective To discuss the effective application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gynecology malignant tumors complicated by uroschesis after the implementation of radical hysterectomy.Methods 80 cases of patients with gynecology malignant tumors complicated by uroschesis after the implementation of radical hysterectomy admitted and treated in Rizhao City Hospitnl of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to May 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each according to the different treatment methods,the traditional Chinese medicine group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,while the routine treatment group adopted the routine western medicine,and the residual urine volume,blood pressure D-value,catheter resetting,catheter removal,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The residual urine volume,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure D-value in the traditional Chinese medicine group were obviously lower than those in the routine western medicine group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was obviously lower than that in the routine western medicine treatment group [5.0%（2/40） vs77.5%（31/40）]（P〈0.05）,and the catheter resetting time,catheter removal time ratio at 3 d and 7 d and total effective rate were obviously lower than those in the routine western medicine treatment group[97.5%（39/40）vs 77.5%（31/40）]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of gynecology malignant tumors complicated by uroschesis after the implementation of radical hysterectomy is better than that of routine western medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture;Gynecology malignant tumors;Radical.
