探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Treatment of Ureteral Calculus

目的对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法方便选取该院2010年1—12月收治的输尿管结石患者50例为研究对象,对其采用气压弹道碎石术治疗,之后选取2011年1—12月来该院就医的输尿管结石患者50例,对其采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间。结果结果得知,研究组患者好转率达到了98.00%,对比对照组,优势更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术各指标数据中手术时间(45.36±13.31)min、住院时间(5.26±1.30)d对比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术应用于输尿管结石患者治疗中,效果较佳,能有效减少手术时间、住院时间。

Objective To research and analyze the clinical curative effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculus.Methods Convenient selection 50 cases of patients with ureteral calculus admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2010 were selected and treated with pneumatic lithotripsy,while 50 cases of patients with ureteral calculus from January to December 2011 were selected and treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and the clinical curative effect,operation time and length of stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The results showed that the improved rate in the research group was 98.00%,which was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and various operative indexes in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group[operative time（45.36±13.31）min and length of stay（5.26±1.30）d] in the research group,and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of patients with ureteral calculus is better,which can effectively reduce the operation time and length of stay.
