卡培他滨治疗老年胃肿瘤临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Capecitabine in Treatment of Senile Gastric Tumor

目的探讨卡培他滨治疗老年胃肿瘤临床疗效分析。方法方便选取2014年10月—2015年10月在该院肿瘤科治疗的110例老年胃肿瘤患者,随机分为两组,每组55例,对照组采用奥沙利铂治疗,观察组在此基础上应用卡培他滨,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应、无进展生存期及总生存期。结果观察组治疗总有效率为70.91%,明显高于对照组的54.55%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、肝功能异常、血小板减少、感觉神经异常等不良反应发生率为23.64%,明显低于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无进展生存期(8.4±1.6)个月、1年生存率为72.73%,明显较对照组的(6.2±1.8)个月及60.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨治疗老年胃肿瘤效果较好,近期有效率高,毒副反应较小,能获得一定生存收益,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical curative effect of capecitabine in treatment of senile gastric tumor.Methods 110 cases of senile patients with gastric tumors in the department of oncology in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each,the control group adopted the oxaliplatin,while the observation group adopted the capecitabine on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,adverse reaction,progression free survival and total survival period were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（70.91% vs 54.55%）（P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction such as nausea and vomiting,white blood cell reduction,abnormal liver function,thrombocytopenia,sensory nerve abnormalities in the observation group was obviously lower than that I the control group（23.64% vs36.36%）,and the difference had statistical significance,and the progression free survival and 1-year survival rate in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group [（8.4±1.6） months,72.73% vs（6.2±1.8）months,60.00%]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of capecitabine in treatment of senile gastric tumor is better with high short-term effective rate and few toxic adverse reactions,which can obtain a certain survival benefit,and it is of positive clinical significance.
