超声波引导下水针刀配合消炎镇痛药液+臭氧治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析总结超声波引导下水针刀配合消炎镇痛液+臭氧治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效及意义。方法随机选取2015年3月—2016年10月在平泉县妇幼保健院和榆树林子中心卫生院治疗的第三腰椎横突综合征患者100例,随机平均分为两组,口服组采用口服美洛昔康片治疗,水针刀组采用超声引导下水针刀配合消炎镇痛液+臭氧治疗,并观察疗效。结果口服组有效率为50.00%;水针刀组有效率为90.00%,水针刀组有效率明显高于口服组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声引导下水针刀配合消炎镇痛液+臭氧治疗腰三横突综合征不仅疗效好,超声波的可视化保证了患者安全性,使本病患者在短期内康复,具有安全、有效、便捷的优点,适宜在基层卫生医疗机构推广。 Objective To analyze and summarize the curative effect and significance of ultrasonic-guided injection needle scalpel and anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid and ozone in treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 100 cases of patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the oral administration group took the meloxicam tablets orally,while the injection needle scalpel group adopted the ultrasonic-guided injection needle scalpel and anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid and ozone,and the curative effect was observed.Results The effective rate in the injection needle scalpel group was obviously higher than that in the oral administration group(90% vs50%),the difference was saistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of ultrasonic-guided injection needle scalpel and anti-inflammatory analgesic liquid and ozone in treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome is better,and the ultrasonic visualization ensures the safety of patients and makes the patients recover in a short term with the advantages of safety,effectiveness and convenience,which is suitable for promotion in the primary medical institutions.
