淹水胁迫下山桑和蒙桑的生理生化指标响应研究 被引量:4

摘要 模拟淹没和淹涝2种水分胁迫条件,研究了不同淹水处理时间对二年生山桑(Morus bombycis)和蒙桑(Morus mongotica)2种桑树植株的生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)淹水胁迫条件下,桑树超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均有应急性响应,淹没条件下比淹涝条件下响应程度大;(2)淹没条件下桑树的可溶性糖含量显著增加,其变化幅度高于淹涝条件下;可溶性蛋白质含量变化幅度相对小;(3)淹没后丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐上升,中期有所回落,但随后又逐渐上升至对照水平;淹涝后MDA含量没有显著上升;(4)2种桑树在淹水胁迫条件下其生理生化指标产生应急响应程度不同。 The responses of physiological and biochemical indexes of biennial Morus bombycis and Morus mongotica under submerged and waterlogging conditions were studied.The results showed as follow:(1)the activity variations of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)of both Morus were related to water stress intensity,while the responses of submerged condition were higher than those of waterlogging conditions;(2)the soluble sugar content of both Morus increased significantly under submerged conditions,and the variation range was bigger than that of waterlogging conditions,but the variation range of the soluble proline content in leaves was narrow under submerged conditions and waterlogging conditions;(3)after total flooded,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased gradually,and dropped in the medium term,but then increased gradually to the control level,however the content of MDA was not significantly increased after waterlogging;(4)the corresponding physiological and biochemical response of the different mulberry tree varieties adapted under the water stress were not uniform.
