黄河翘嘴鲌胚胎发育观察

Observation on Embryonic Development of the Topmouth Culter( Culter alburnus Basilewsky) of Huanghe River

将黄河水域收集的野生翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus),经促熟培育、人工催产、人工授精获得受精卵,对其胚胎发育过程进行了系统观察。结果表明,黄河翘嘴鲌成熟卵呈淡黄色或黄绿色,为黏性卵,平均卵径约0.9mm,卵内无油球。胚胎发育过程可分为受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官发生和孵化7个阶段21个发育时期。24~26℃水温下,受精卵经25h左右孵出仔鱼。初孵仔鱼全长平均4.1~4.7mm。

Wild topmouth culter(Culter alburnus Basilewsky)was collected from Huanghe River,then,the fertilized eggs from promoted practice cultivation fish were obtained by induced spawning and artificial fertilization,and the embryonic development process was systematically observed.The results showed that the fertilized eggs of the topmouth culter of Huanghe River were pale-yellow or yellow-green in color,and they were adhesive eggs and the average size was about 0.9 mm in diameter and oil ball was free inside the eggs.The embryonic development could be divided into 7 stages including zygotes-stage,cleavage-stage,blastulastage,gastrula-stage,neurula-stage,organ-formation-stage and hatched-stage with total 21 embryonic development periods.The larvae were hatched 25h after fertilization at ambient water temperature of 24~26℃.Newly hatched larvatatal length was 4.1~4.7mm on average.
