摘要
贵州某矿山的矿坑水中含有毒物质砷和剧毒物质铊,通过对生物法、吸附法和化学沉淀法3种处理方法进行小型试验,最终确定化学氧化—混凝沉淀除砷除铊+化学还原法除活性氯的处理工艺。工业运行结果表明,As和Tl的去除率均大于98.5%,出水As、Tl、活性氯的质量浓度符合GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》规定的Ⅲ类水质标准限值,运行成本约1.81元/m^3。
There was toxic arsenic and highly toxic thallium in the mine pit water in a mine from Guizhou. Benchscale tests were conducted on 3 treatment methods using bio-oxidation,adsorption and chemical precipitation and determined the combined process of " chemical oxidation-coagulating sedimentation" for arsenic and thallium removal as well as " chemical reduction" for active chlorine removal. Industrial operation results show that the removal rate of As and Tl is greater than 98. 5 % and that the effluent mass concentrations of As,Tl and active chlorine meet the national standard limit value of Ⅲ water quality set by GB 3838-2002 Environment Quality Standard for Surface Water.The treatment process operates at the cost of about 1. 81 yuan/m^3.
