丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血塞通胶囊对肺心病患者血液黏稠度的影响

Effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Xuesaitong capsule on blood viscosity in patients with pulmonary heart disease

目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血塞通胶囊治疗肺心病患者血液黏稠度及临床疗效的影响。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年11月浙江省宁波市钱湖医院收治的80例肺心病患者为研究对象,依据患者入院顺序随机均分为联合组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予血塞通胶囊治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察治疗后2组临床疗效、血液黏稠度、血液指标、心功能及安全性。结果 治疗前,2组血液流变学指标、LVEF、MAP、HR比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血黏度比值、血小板聚集率、红细胞凝集指数、红细胞变形指数、MAP、HR较治疗前明显降低,LVEF显著升高,且联合组升高、降低较对照组明显,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后联合组临床总有效率88.89%显著高于对照组62.50%（P〈0.05）;2组药物安全性比较差异无统计学意义。结论 丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血塞通胶囊治疗肺心病患者疗效显著,明显降低患者血液黏稠度、血液相关指标并提高心功能,有临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with Xuesaitong capsule on blood viscosity in patients h pulmonary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with pulmonary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital between January 2013 and November 5 were studied, the patients were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group according to the order of admission, 40 cases in h group. Control groups were treated with Xuesaitong capsule, and the combined group were treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the is of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood viscosity （ whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity ratio） , blood indexes ood platelet aggregation rate, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index）, cardiac function and safety were observed. sults There were no significant differences in blood rheological indexes, LVEF, MAP and HR between the two groups before treatment. After atment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity ratio, platelet aggregation rate, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte ormation index, MAP and HR in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while LVEF was significantly higher, and the nges in the combined group were more significant than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . After treatment, the clinical total effective rate of atment in the combined group （88. 89% ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （62. 50% ）. Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin ection combined with Xuesaitong capsule is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease. It can significantly reduce blood viscosity, blood ated indexes and improve cardiac function.
