前列地尔对120例2型糖尿病周围神经病患者的神经传导速度及血流状况的影响 被引量:1

The impact analysis of alprostadil on nerve conduction velocity and blood flow status of 120 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的 探究前列地尔对2型糖尿病周围神经病患者的神经传导速度及血流状况的影响。方法 将我院收治的120例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者纳入研究,按入院先后均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用甲钴胺进行静脉滴注治疗;观察组在上述治疗的基础上采用前列地尔进行静脉滴注治疗,治疗时间均为2 w。制定相关的临床疗效标准对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比性评价,并就2组患者在治疗前后的神经传导速度和血流状况进行比较。结果 观察组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组为71.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗前,2组的各项神经传导速度和血流变学指标水平均差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组的正中神经MNSV、腓总神经MNSV以及正中神经SNCV、腓总神经SNCV分别为(54.14±7.29)m/s、(50.22±7.85)m/s、(48.47±7.64)m/s、(47.04±6.58)m/s,均明显高于对照组(50.11±6.85)m/s、46.24±7.08)m/s、(44.58±7.21)m/s、(43.57±6.55)m/s;而观察组的血浆黏度、高切黏度和低切黏度水平分别为(2.48±0.29)MPa/s、(4.87±0.41)MPa/s、(33.46±2.77)MPa/s,均明显低于对照组(2.83±0.33)MPa/s、(5.23±0.44)MPa/s、(34.83±2.54)MPa/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 前列地尔能够显著改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导速度及其血流状况,具有较好的临床治疗效果。 Objective To research the effects of alprostadil on nerve conduction velocity and blood flow status of 120 patients with type 2 diabetic ripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 cases of patients with type 2 d i abetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were sele c t e d as the research objects. ccording to the hospital admission, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Mecobalamin travenous drip treatment; on the basis of the above treatment, the observation group was treated with alprostadil intravenous drip treatment, and the eatment time was two weeks. To established the relevant clinical curative effect standard for evaluated and compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the wo groups. Before and after treatment, compared the nerve conduction velocity and blood flow between the two groups. Results T h e total effective rate the observation group was 86. 67% , and the control group was 71. 67% , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Before treatment, ere were no significant differences between the two groups in nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology indexes. After treatment, the median nerve NSV,common nerve MNSV,median nerve SNCV,common nerve SNCV of the observation group were (54. 14 ±7. 29) m/s , ( 5 0 . 2 2 ± 7 . 8 5 ) m / s , 48. 47 ± 7. 64m/s and (47. 04 ± 6. 58m/s respectively,were significantly higher than the control group (50. 11 ± 6. 85) m/s ,( 4 6 . 2 4 ± 7. 0 8 ) m / s , 44. 58 ± 7. 21) m/s ,(43. 57 ± 6. 55) m/s. The observation group of plasma viscosity, high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity levels were(2. 48 土 29 ) MPa/s, (4. 87 ± 0. 41) MPa/s, ( 33. 46 ± 2. 77 ) MPa/s, were significantly lower than the control group ( 2. 83 ± 0. 33 ) MPa/s, ( 5. 23 ± 0. 44 ) Pa/s,( 34. 83 ± 2. 54 ) MPa/s,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 0 5 ) . Conclusion Alpros tadil can gnificantly improve nerve conduction velocity and blood flow condition in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy, has better clinical curative fect.
