摘要
目的 对比阿奇霉素与红霉素对小儿肺炎支原体感染合并中枢神经系统受累的治疗效果。方法 选取2014年3月~2015年6月于浙江省兰溪市人民医院接受治疗的肺炎支原体感染合并中枢神经系统损伤的患儿为观察对象。根据其治疗方式分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(50例),对照组给予红霉素片,治疗组给予阿奇霉素。观察2组患者的治疗效果,比较2组患者治疗前后脑脊液炎症细胞因子水平和肺功能的差异。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后,2组患者的肺功能指标均升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗后,2组患者炎症因子水平均较降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素与红霉素对小儿肺炎支原体感染合并中枢神经系统受累均有较好的治疗效果,且阿奇霉素效果更佳,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated with central nervous system involvement. Methods M y c o p l a s m a p n e u m o n i a e infection in c h i l d r e n w i t h central n e r v o u s system damage treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation object. According to the treatment method, it was divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (50 cases) , the control group was given erythromycin tablets, the treatment group given azithromycin . To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups, compared the cerebrospinal fluid inflammatory cytokine levels and lung function of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The effective rate o f t r e a t m e n t group was significantly h i g h e r t h a n that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05) ; A f t e r t r e atment, the indexes of lung f u n c t i o n in patients of the two groups were increased b e f o r e treatment, and the treatment group increased more significantly (P 〈0. 05) ; The level of hs-CRP, I L - 6 and o t h e r i n f l a m m a t o r y c y t o k i n e of the t w o g r o u p s of patients be f o r e treatment had no significantly difference, after treatment, the two groups of patients with the above indicators were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group decreased more significantly (P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion A z i t h r o m y c i n a n d e r y t h r o m y c i n in c h i l d r e n w i t h Myc o p l a s m a p n e u m o n i a e infection complicated with central nervous system involvement have better treatment effect, and the effect of azithromycin is better, has a high clinical value.
