来曲唑联合氯米芬治疗多囊致不孕女性的疗效及对患者MMP-9、VEGF和HGF水平的影响

Effect of letrozole combined with clomiphene on women with polycystic ovary induced infertility and the effect on MMP-9, VEGF and HGF levels

目的 探讨来曲唑联合氯米芬治疗多囊致不孕女性的疗效评价及对患者基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和肝细胞生长因子（HGF）水平的影响。方法 选取2013年2月~2015年8月于绍兴市中心医院就诊的108例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者,按照抽签法分为对照组与实验组,各54例,对照组采用氯米芬治疗,实验组基于对照组采用来曲唑治疗,比较2组临床疗效,MMP-9、VEGF、HGF水平,性激素,胰岛素抵抗指标,药物不良反应。结果 实验组排卵数、优势排卵数、月经正常率、排卵率、妊娠率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组MMP-9、VEGF、HGF水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组性激素水平优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论来曲唑联合氯米芬治疗多囊致不孕的疗效肯定,可抑制MMP-9、VEGF及HGF过表达,且安全性高。

Objective To research the effect of letrozole combined with clomiphene on women with polycystic ovary induced infertility and the ffect on matrix metalloproteinases-9 （MMP-9） , v a s c u l a r e n d o t h e l i a l growth factor （ V E G F ） a n d h e p a t o c y t e g r o w t h factor （ H G F ） levels. Methods 1 0 8 atients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with infertility from February 2013 to August 2015 in our hospitolwere divided into control group and experimental group by lottery, 54 cases in each groups, control group treated with clomiphene, the experimental group based on control group treatment ith letrozole, the linical curative effect, MMP-9, VEGF and HGF level, s e x h o r m o n e s , insulin resistance i n d e x , a d v e r s e d r u g react i o n s of t w o g r o u p s were compared. Results The number of ovulation, advantage of ovulation number, normal rate of menstruation, ovulation rate and pregnancy ratesofin experimental group was higherthan the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The M M P - 9 , V E G F a n d H G F levels of experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The sex hormone level of experimental group was better than that of control group （P 〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions was no differences between the two groups. Conclusion T h e efficacy of letrozole combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic induced infertility, can inhibits M M P - 9 , VEGF a n d HGF e x p r e s s i o n , and with high safety.
