未婚首发精神分裂症患者家属的就医态度及心理状态调查

Investigation of attitudes of seeking medical treatment and mental states of family members of the unmarried patients with first-episode schizophrenia

目的:调查未婚首发精神分裂症患者家属就医态度及心理状态。方法:采用问卷调查的方法评价家属的就医态度,采用SCL-90症状自评量表和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对家属进行评估,并与国内常模作比较。结果:未婚首发精神分裂症患者家属的精神疾病知识缺乏,SCL-90的总分明显高于对照组,EPQ的各分量表评分也与常模有统计学差异。结论:未婚首发精神分裂症患者家属有明显的心理问题及不良人格特征。

Objective To explore attitudes of seeking medical treatment and mental states of family members of the unmarried patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods： The self-designed questionnaire of seeking medical treatment was used to survey the attitude of family members. The SCL-90 symptom checklist and Eysenck personality questionnaire （ EPQ） were used to assess the mental states of the family members and be compared ＂with the national norm. Results ： The family members lacked the knowledge of mental illness. Their SCL-90 score was significantly higher than the norm. EPQ score also had a statistically difference with the norm. Conclusions ： The family members of the unmarried patients with schizophrenia have significant psychological problems and bad person-ality characteristics.
