氦氖激光照射联合调制中频电疗法护理脑卒中并肩手综合征患者的疗效观察

Effect observation of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with modulated medium frequency electrotherapy in nursing of patients with stroke complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome

目的:观察脑卒中并肩手综合征患者采用氦氖激光照射联合调制中频电疗法的护理效果。方法:将86例脑卒中并发肩手综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者采取Bobath握手训练的传统护理方法;观察组患者在对照组基础上,增加氦氖激光照射联合调制中频电疗法。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的整体康复情况、VAS评分、Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer评分均明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结果:在传统护理基础上,脑卒中并肩手综合征患者采用氦氖激光照射联合调制中频电疗法的护理效果优于单纯传统护理效果。结论:

Objective To explore nursing effects of H e-Ne laser irradiation combined with modulated medium frequency elec-trotherapy on patients with stroke complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods ： 86 patients with stroke complicated with shoul-der-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group （n = 43） and observation group （n = 43）. The control group took Bobath handshake training and the traditional nursing. On the basis of the observation group, the observation group received He Ne laser irra-diation and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The observa-tion group was significantly better than the control group in the overall recovery, Barthel score, VAS score and Fugl-Meyer score （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ： He - Ne laser irradiation and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy in the nursing of the patients with stroke complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome is better than the traditional nursing.
