摘要
目的:观察优质护理对精神发育迟滞患者的康复效果。方法:将60例精神发育迟滞患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者给予优质护理。比较两组患者护理前后生活能力、社会功能、精神症状。结果:护理后,观察组患者的ADL、SDSS与BPRS评分均显著性低于对照组(P<0.01),患者护理满意度显著性优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理对精神发育迟滞患者的康复效果优于常规护理的康复效果。
Objective To investigate rehabilitation effects of high-quality care in patients with mental retardation. Methods： 60 patients with mental retardation were randomly divided into tw-o groups ： the control group （n = 30） was treated with the routine care, while the observation group （n = 30） was given the high-quality care. The living ability, social function and mental symptoms of the two groups before and after the care were compared. Results： After the care, the ADL, SDSS and BPRS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈0. 01） ; however, the satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The high-quality care for the patients with mental retardation is superior to the routine care.
