摘要 为明确商麦1619的灌浆特性,大田种植条件下测定其花后籽粒千粒重,Logsitic方程模拟灌浆曲线,并测定叶、叶鞘和茎杆干重,研究干物质的累积和分配情况。结果表明:商麦1619籽粒干重呈"S"型增长;灌浆分为渐增期、快增期和缓增期3个阶段,持续时间为缓增期>快增期>渐增期;累积籽粒重和灌浆速率均为快增期>渐增期>缓增期;平均灌浆速率(v)为1.21 g·(千粒·d)-1。干物质移动率(MR)为叶片>茎杆>叶鞘;干物质转运率(TR)为茎杆>叶片>叶鞘。 To get the grain filling characteristic of Shangmai 1619, logistic equation was employed to simulate its grain filling process with the 1000-grain weight surveyed after flowering date in field experiment condition, and the dry weight of leaf, sheath and stem was measured to study the dry matter accumulation and partition. The results indicated that the grain dry-weight of Shangmai 1619 showed "S" curve, which could be divided into gradual increase period, fast increase period and slowly increase period, and the duration was sequenced as slowly increase period 〉fast increase period〉gradual increase period; accumulated grain weight and grain-filling rate were fast increase period〉gradual increase period〉slowly increase period; The average grain-filling rate was 1.21 g/(1000 grained) -1. shift ratio (MR) of dry matter was leaf〉stem〉sheath; transportation ratio (TR) of dry matter was stem〉leaf〉sheath.
