高等教育进入大众化教育,学生学业方面出现诸如厌学退学、考试成绩不合格而不能毕业或拿不到学位证的现象越来越多,学业预警机制是通过采取针对性的防范措施,促使学生完成学业。地方高校计算机专业学生因对专业学习认识偏差、自控能力弱、网络手机依赖和心理问题等原因,出现一些学业困难问题,以学生为本的教育理念是适应高等教育大众化需要的现代教育管理理念,基于此当前开展的学业预警方式主要包括事前预警、过程预警、特别预警和结果预警,学业预警存在重视不够、手段落后和标准不规范的问题,针对这些问题,学校应当建立教学预警与管理预警相结合、全面预警与个别预警相结合、过程预警与结果预警相结合的学业预警机制,通过建立规范的学业预警标准和信息管理系统等措施促进学生完成学业。

With the popularization of higher education, students＇ academic problems appeared, such as students quitting the study, or failure to get the diplomas or degree certificates due to unqualification. Academic warning mechanism is to take effective preventive measures, to strengthen students＇ learning guidance and monitoring, to help students to complete their studies. The computer professional students in community university have a number of academic problems because of their bias cognition of learning, weak self-control, heavy dependence on the mobile phone or network and psychological problems.The concept of student oriented educational management is a modern educational management concept which is suitable for the popularization of higher education, so at present, the managers carried out the academic warning measures including warning in advance, warning in the process, special warning and warning aimed at the result; there still have problems in study warning such as insufficient emphasized, under-developed means and no standardized standard, aiming at these problems, the university should establish the mechanism combining the teaching warning with management warning, the overall warning with the individual warning, the process warning with the results warning, through establishing academic warning standard and information management system to ensure that the whole students grow up smoothly.
