基于SWOT的地方高校科技档案数字化发展探析

地方高校科技档案信息化管理具有得天独厚的人才、存储与检索以及科技资源信息共享的优势,同时也具有保障体系建设亟待完善、数字档案资源建设滞后、硬件设施落后等劣势,其外部机会是科技档案信息化建设环境进一步完善、信息化技术的快速发展和地方政府投入不断加大,风险在于科技档案真实性难以保证,保密性、安全性有待加强。地方高校科技档案数字化管理的SWOT矩阵模型表明地方高校科技档案信息化发展应当进一步强化科技档案数字化建设意识和人才的组织领导,加大软硬件设施建设力度,优化人才队伍建设结构,进一步完善制度保障体系。

SWOT analysis shows community colleges＇ sci-tech archives information management has unique advantages of talent, storage and retrieval and technology resources and information sharing, while the protection system construction needs to be improved, and the construction of digital file resources and hardware facilities lags behind. Its external opportunities are as follows： information construction environment improvement, the rapid information technology development and the sustainable growth of local government investment, whereas the threat lies in the difficulty to keep the authenticity, confidentiality and security of sci-tech archives. Therefore, the SWOT matrix model of digital management of community colleges＇ sci -tech archives can be established. Based on the above analysis, digital construction awareness and leadership should be further strengthened in sci -tech archives＇ information development in community colleges. The construction of hardware and software facilities can be enhanced, the structure of personnel structure can be optimized and the security system can be improved.
