糖尿病中医治疗的临床研究

Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Diabetes

目的探讨中医治疗针药联合对2型糖尿病患者临床疗效的影响。方法将该院2型糖尿病门诊就诊的210例患者,对照组:西医药物治疗;观察组:针药联合治疗。根据患者血糖检测水平划分治疗效果,评价治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗显效率患者48.57%,显著高于对照组32.38%(P<0.05);治疗无效率方面,观察组仅为4.67%,显著低于对照组10.48%(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率观察组为95.24%,较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著且稳定、明显改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and ampoule in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 210 cases of outpatients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into two groups,the control group were treated with western medicine, while the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and ampoule, and the treatment effect was divided according to the blood sugar test level, and the treatment effective rate was evaluated. Results The treatment markedly effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（48.57% vs 32.38%）,The total offective treatment group is 95.24% and the ineffective rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（4.67% vs 10.48%）（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes is obvious and steady, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
